Basset Hound Club revises Rulebook
Welcome to the
London & Northern
Home Counties
website
The London & Northern Home Counties is a branch of the Basset
Hound Club. Our main aims are to look after the interests of the breed,
to foster friendliness and co-operation between members whether
they are interested in showing or purely in looking after one or more
Basset as a loved family member.
There are Branches of the Basset Hound Club in various regions of the
country and members of the main club can join any they wish to on
payment of a small additional annual membership fee direct to the
branch. The branches hold various functions in their areas, publish
newsletters for their members and, like us, some have websites.
To be a member of the London & Northern Home Counties you MUST
be a member of the Basset Hound Club. Apart from the benefits of
belonging to the main club, this gives you third party Insurance for
your Basset when attending any of our branch events.
We look forward to welcoming you and your Basset!

member Kim Culyer-Dawson
has embroidered and Brian
Proctor has framed!
This superb 72cm x 60cm work is being
raffled in aid of the Albany Bassets. Tickets
will be available at future Branch walks and
other events. The draw will take place at
next June's Albany open day.
Following decisions made at the 2011
BHC AGM the Rulebook has now been
updated. It includes conditions governing
branches - and members of this Branch
must abide by these rules.
